Universal Audio UAD-2 Satellite Firewire DSP Released

Universal Audio is unveiling the new UAD-2 Satellite Firewire DSP Accelerator package at this year's NAMM Show in Anaheim, CA.
 
The UAD-2 Satellite puts the world’s finest analog emulation plug-ins within easy reach of Firewire 800 and 400-equipped computers, including select iMacs® and MacBook Pros®. Available in DUO or QUAD processor format (with either two or four Analog Devices SHARC processors, respectively), the UAD-2 Satellite comes with a host of classic plug-ins, right out of the box.

Most importantly, the UAD-2 Satellite offers plug-and-play access to UAD plug-ins for potential customers who do not have an available PCI-e slot.
