The True Systems PT2-500D 500-Series Dynamic Microphone Preamp is here and Front End Audio is taking orders. The True Systems PT2-500D provides more gain (76 dB versus 70 dB) and higher input impedance, along with a unique low-frequency adjust control. The LO-F Adjust is a 6-position switch that provides nuanced low-frequency contouring that can be particularly effective with vocals and bass DI applications. A discrete FET DI with In and Thru connections completes the package.

Sonic Core visits Front End Audio with the new Ferrofish A16 MK-II

Last week, we had a great visit from Gary Bogandoff, distributor for SONIC CORE . This brand is the outgrowth of the former Creamware company in Germany which was purchased by a pair of it’s former developers; the ones’ responsible for their powerful DSP platform, SCOPE and their digital converter technology.
